Terms and Conditions (T&C)

This program (“Offer”, “Program”) is a promotional offer administered and offered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”), on purchase of Eligible Products (defined below) listed on www.jiomart.com website or the mobile application (collectively called as “JioMart”) by the customer (“You” or “User”).

 The Offer shall commence on 8^th October, 2023, at (00:00:00 Hrs) and shall continue until 27^th October, 2023 at (11:59:59 Hrs) (“Offer Period”).  The Offer Period is further divided into a specific time-slot everyday, starting at (19:00:00 Hrs) to (19:59:59 Hrs) within which the purchases of Eligible Products by various Users shall be considered for the purpose of this Offer (“Offer Time-Slot”). These terms govern the terms and conditions of availment of aforesaid Offer (“Terms”).

Eligibility:

1. User can participate in the Program by purchasing Eligible Products of Qualifying value (defined below) sold by Reliance;
2. The minimum transaction value of the Eligible Products must be equal to or greater than Rs. 999.00 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) ("Qualifying Value");
3. Eligible Products purchased on JioMart during the Offer Period and within the Offer Time-Slot, which is not cancelled, rejected or returned and the return window has lapsed will be considered as each an eligible purchase (“Eligible Purchase(s)”);
4. Every 100^th User shall be eligible for the Reward.

Eligible Products

The Offer shall be valid on products sold by Reliance excluding baby food and baby products or any other item that may be identified by Reliance from time to time. The Offer shall not be valid for the excluded selection.

Offer Reward:

1. Every 100^th User who purchases the Eligible Products of Qualifying value during the Offer Period and within the Offer Time-Slot, shall be selected as the winner (“Winner”) and will be entitled to receive jersey signed (digitally), by MS. Dhoni (“Reward”);
2. The Winner of this Program will be announced on 10^th November, 2023 (“Winner Announcement Day”).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. This Offer is open to all individual residents of the Republic of India, aged above 18;
2. Each User should have a valid phone number registered in India;
3. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts, cashback etc., that are being offered on JioMart can be availed by the User.
4. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability on JioMart and accordingly Reliance in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
5. To claim the Reward, Winners are required to provide certain information to Reliance, as necessary for the fulfillment of delivery of the Reward, including, but not limited to, sharing name, contact information, and shipping address.
6. Reliance will not be responsible if the Winner cannot be contacted for reasons beyond Reliance’s control. In such circumstances, Reliance reserves the right to withdraw the Reward, and it will be considered that the Winner has forfeited the Reward.
7. The Reward is non-exchangeable for cash, non-saleable, non-auctionable, and non-transferable to another person.
8. Employees of Reliance and its group companies, and anyone individuals directly connected the organization, or administration of the Program, including but not limited to employees, contractors, and agencies are not eligible to participate in the Offer or claim Reward.
9. The Reward will not be subject to return, or replacement.
10. Reliance reserves the right to substitute any Reward with another of equivalent value without prior notice to the Winner.
11. Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction, or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, modify or change this Offer or any part thereof including eligible criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the User at all times.
12. These Terms are subject to Terms and Conditions, Cancellation, Return and Refund policy and all other policies of JioMart.
13. The maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the order.
14. Reliance shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the User that is caused by: (i) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer; (ii) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount; (iii) any other events beyond Reliance’s control that may cause the promotion.
15. Reliance (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and emails service provider.
16. User are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation to this Offer is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.

18. User agrees that, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
